SHIPPING & RETURNS

Engel will attempt to process every order within 2 business days. For unexpected delays, we will make every attempt to notify you.
Engel Coolers partners with the following shipping carriers: FedEx, FedEx Freight, UPS, USPS and International Checkout. Certain orders will require signatures, direct or indirect at the time of delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be shipped in multi -piece shipments, or from a third-party warehouse.

For International Checkout orders please contact International Checkout directly at 866-682-0641 for information, status, updates, changes, and tracking information.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is your responsibility to notify Engel Coolers of any damage to the product within 2 business days of receipt. After this period, Engel is no longer responsible for shipping damage.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Engel offers free ground shipping on orders $ 49.99 and above, pre- tax, and Engel chooses the carrier for eligible orders. 

The following exclusions apply:

  • Valid only in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii (and International Checkout orders)
  • Offer not valid on AC/DC Portable Fridge Freezer purchases.
  • Orders with multiple shipping addresses are not eligible.
  • Onloine orders only. Orders placed by phone are not eligible.

SHIPPING – HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Engel Coolers does not ship on the following dates due to our partnerships with our carriers.

2017

  • Thanksgiving: November 23rd, and 25th
  • Christmas: December 22nd through 25th
  • New Year’s Eve: Dec 31st

2018

  • New Year’s Day: January 1st
  • Memorial Day: May 28th
  • Independence Day: July 4th
  • Labor Day: September 3rd
  • Thanksgiving: November 22nd
  • Christmas: December 24th and 25th
  • New Year's Eve: Dec 31st

ENGEL’S HASSLE-FREE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We Want You To Be Happy. If you purchased your Engel product directly from Engel USA, and for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days, subject to a few conditions:

Opened, but Unused and in the Original Box

If you have not used your product, and it’s still in the original box, please contact info@engelcoolers.com for an RMA number. Return the product to Engel at 900 Jupiter Park Drive Jupiter, FL 33458 with the RMA clearly marked on the outside. Shipments received without RMA numbers may take longer to process. We will credit your same method of payment upon receipt of your product, less the original shipping costs to you (including orders eligible for free shipping). Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Opened, Used but Undamaged and in the Original Box

If you have used your product, and it’s undamaged, and still in the original box, please contact info@engelcoolers.com for an RMA number. Return the product to Engel at 900 Jupiter Park Drive Jupiter, FL 33458 with the RMA clearly marked on the outside. Shipments received without RMA numbers may take longer to process. We will credit your same method of payment upon receipt of your product, less the original shipping costs to you (including orders eligible for free shipping), and less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If an item has shipped and delivery is refused by the customer, the refund will be less all shipping charges to and from the customer.
