Shipping

Engel will attempt to ship every order within 2 business days. However, this is not always possible and we will make every attempt to notify you, if there is going to be a delay.

Orders ship either Fedex Home Delivery or USPS. Certain orders may require an adult signature.  

It is your responsibility to notify Engel Coolers of any damage to the product within 2 business days of receipt. After this period, Engel is no longer responsible for shipping damage.

 

Engel’s Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy

We Want You To Be Happy

If you purchase your Engel product directly from Engel USA, and for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days, subject to a few conditions.

Engel will refund the original purchase price, but shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

If you received Free Shipping when you placed your order, the actual shipping costs both from Engel Coolers to you and back to Engel Coolers will be deducted from your refund.

 

Opened, but Unused and in the Original Box

If you have not used your product, and it’s still in the original box, please contact support@engelcoolers.com for an RMA number. Return the product to Engel with the RMA clearly marked on the outside. We will credit your same method of payment upon receipt of your product, less any shipping charges.

 

Opened, Used but Undamaged and in the Original Box

If you have used your Engel product and decide to return it within the 30-day window, please contact support@engelcoolers.com for an RMA number. Return the product to Engel with the RMA clearly marked on the outside. We will credit your account upon receipt of your product, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges.
